Program Description

Culture is the invisible force that shapes how things get done, how people collaborate, and how strategies succeed. Without clarity, culture can become a barrier to performance and engagement. Addressed directly, it becomes one of the strongest drivers of growth, transformation, and resilience.

The Organisational Culture Audit & Action Plan gives leaders a clear, evidence-based understanding of cultural strengths, risks, and misalignments. By combining data, dialogue, and leadership alignment, we move from assumptions to facts and from uncertainty to a concrete action plan.

Together, we will:

  • Uncover the cultural factors that are driving or undermining performance.

  • Map strengths and identify critical gaps.

  • Define the values and behaviours that best support your strategy.

  • Create a clear, step-by-step roadmap to embed desired shifts.

  • Build leadership alignment to ensure ownership and accountability.

Structure and cost

The engagement is designed as a step-by-step process that blends data, dialogue, and leadership alignment to ensure practical results.

It begins with a 30-minute discovery consultation, where we clarify your goals, define the scope, and agree on the most relevant focus areas. This is followed by a comprehensive culture survey and diagnostic tools that capture how people across the organisation experience behaviours, values, and alignment with strategy.

To complement the data, we conduct a series of in-depth executive interviews with senior leaders to uncover deeper insights, leadership perspectives, and hidden cultural dynamics.

All findings are then brought into an interactive half-day insights workshop, where we share the results, align on priorities, and co-design practical next steps together with your leadership team.

Within two weeks, you will receive a tailored Culture Action Plan, setting out clear priorities, actions, timelines, and accountabilities to ensure the agreed shifts are implemented.

Finally, a 90-minute follow-up session ensures continuity by reviewing early implementation, addressing challenges, and refining the approach so that momentum is sustained.
