Program Description

Mergers, acquisitions, and restructures often fail not because of financial or strategic issues, but because of cultural misalignment. Employees may feel uncertain, leaders may struggle to integrate different ways of working, and trust can erode quickly if cultural gaps remain unaddressed.

The Culture Integration Workshop is designed to bridge these gaps. It enables leaders and teams to move beyond differences, co-create a new shared culture, and establish practices that foster collaboration, trust, and performance.

Through diagnostics, leadership insights, and facilitated group dialogue, we surface cultural strengths and friction points. By working together across two workshops separated by a practice period, participants test new approaches in their daily work and return with lessons that deepen alignment.
