Program Description

Even the most successful organisations can plateau when culture and vision aren’t fully aligned. This programme is designed for C-level leaders who want to move from managing change to leading transformation.

Across six months, we’ll work together to:

  • Define and articulate a clear, inspiring vision for the future.

  • Identify the cultural barriers that hold your organisation back.

  • Align leadership behaviours with values that drive trust and accountability.

  • Build a practical culture transformation roadmap that connects strategy to execution.

  • Ensure your organisation has the resilience and adaptability to thrive in times of uncertainty.

The result? A leadership team that doesn’t just talk about transformation—it embodies it, creating a culture that fuels innovation, performance, and sustainable growth.

Structure and cost

The programme unfolds over a six-month period, blending workshops, diagnostics, and advisory support to ensure cultural change is both strategic and practical.

It begins with a discovery consultation (90 minutes) to clarify the executive team’s vision, identify cultural challenges, and define success measures. This is followed by a comprehensive cultural audit, including leadership interviews and employee feedback analysis, to establish a clear baseline.

Across the following months, leaders engage in three full-day workshops:

  • Workshop 1: Vision setting and cultural diagnosis—defining the desired future state.

  • Workshop 2: Embedding values and aligning leadership behaviours with strategy.

  • Workshop 3: Building the culture transformation roadmap, with initiatives and milestones.

Between sessions, leaders apply insights to live organisational challenges, supported by executive advisory check-ins (60 minutes each month) to sustain momentum.

The programme concludes with a two-hour capstone session, reviewing progress, refining the roadmap, and ensuring long-term accountability.

Why focus on culture at the executive level?

Because culture is shaped at the top. Without alignment in vision and behaviours from senior leaders, transformation initiatives lose credibility and fail to stick.

What’s the balance between strategy and practice?

The programme is deliberately split: half on vision and cultural frameworks, half on practical application through workshops, roadmaps, and leadership behaviours tested in real situations.
