Structure and cost
The programme begins with a pre-work diagnostic phase, including individual leadership interviews, a tailored team effectiveness survey, and a strategic document review. This ensures the workshop directly addresses your organisation’s real challenges and opportunities.
You’ll then participate in a two-day facilitated workshop (on-site or virtual), designed to balance strategic reflection with pragmatic decision-making. Each session is structured to create open dialogue, surface critical issues, and align the team around practical solutions.
Six weeks later, you’ll reconvene for a 90-minute follow-up session to review commitments, address emerging challenges, and reinforce accountability. Additional support options (such as executive coaching for the CEO or ongoing facilitation for the team) can be added to ensure momentum is sustained.
