As a former corporate executive with a Master’s degree in Engineering, I bring a resonating voice of experience to my coaching practice. Having successfully navigated a transition from a key production leadership role in a Top 10 Fortune Global 500 automotive company, I leverage my technical education and extensive industry knowledge to assist production leaders at every level.

In April 2023, I co-authored a book titled “Compliance Cop to Culture Coach” alongside William B. Sommers in Portland, USA. This collaborative endeavor explores strategies for creating conducive environments that foster ethical high-performance teams.
