The Change Readiness & Resilience Assessment is a consulting-led programme designed to evaluate how well your teams, leaders, and systems are prepared for upcoming transformation. It identifies potential risks, resistance points, and strengths – providing a clear roadmap to build resilience and ensure smoother implementation of change initiatives.

Program Description

Change is constant – but not every organisation is equally prepared to handle it. Poorly managed change leads to resistance, disengagement, and project failure. The Change Readiness & Resilience Assessment helps you proactively address those challenges.

Together, we will:

  • Diagnose your organisation’s current level of readiness for the upcoming transformation.

  • Identify risk areas, resistance points, and resilience strengths.

  • Assess leadership alignment and communication practices.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to reduce resistance and accelerate adoption.

  • Build a resilience framework so teams can adapt more confidently to future change.

The result is an organisation that embraces change rather than resists it, reducing risk and enabling transformation success.

Structure and cost

The engagement combines diagnostics, facilitation, and action planning:

  • Discovery consultation (60 minutes): Clarify context, goals, and planned changes.

  • Diagnostic phase: Surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups to gather perspectives across the organisation.

  • One-day stakeholder workshop: Review diagnostic findings, identify barriers, and define resilience strategies.

  • Readiness & Resilience Report: Delivered within 2 weeks, including risk analysis and recommended actions.

  • Follow-up session (90 minutes): Track early implementation, refine strategies, and ensure momentum.

Why is assessing change readiness so important?

What’s the difference between this and standard project risk management?
