Structure and cost
After a 30‑minute introductory call, you’ll schedule twelve coaching sessions (each 90 minutes) at approximately two‑weeks intervals. Between sessions you’ll work on agreed assignments to practise new approaches. Staying on schedule ensures continuity and momentum for your development.
